Redemption of Vantage voucher codes
On redemption of a Vantage voucher a digital voucher code will be emailed to your registered email address and stored under your transaction history, which can be viewed when logged in to your account. On receipt of your Vantage voucher order please contact member support services. Your Vantage voucher code/s will be exchanged at that time for the hotel’s own gift voucher you would like to visit. A booking can then be made using the hotel’s own gift voucher and can be exchanged in full or part payment for accommodation, food and beverage, spa (as available) and named services on the participating hotel’s website according to the voucher code value. Terms and conditions for the rate booked will apply. The gift voucher code exchanged must be used in full within 6 months of date of issue in whole or part of any single transaction, which is subject to availability and must be used in advance of any booking. The full voucher value can only be applied and no change will be given for any part transaction. On receipt of your hotel gift code (provided after you contact member support services) please quote your gift voucher code number when making your booking or when settling your invoice, or full payment will be required by cash, credit or debit card.
